We are pleased to announce that investor VEP has sold the combination of EQIN | Indu-Tools Group to United Rentals International B.V. (United Rentals), a wholly owned subsidiary of United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI). As part of United Rentals, we will continue our operations as an industrial rental specialist. 

United Rentals is investing in supporting our ambitions and also has a large, global fleet, along with a strong reputation and network in Europe. The markets in which United Rentals and the EQIN | Indu-Tools Group operate align, and our fleet is complementary.

In the coming period, we will be working on a transition. For now, you can still reach your regular contacts using the contact information you have. Financial data and agreements will also remain in place for the time being. We will, of course, keep you informed of further developments that are important to you.
